Austin Scavenger Hunt
Groups experiencing our Austin corporate scavenger hunts embark on adventures of discovery and competition as participants work in teams to achieve the highest score possible in the time they are given.
How they work: Our Austin team building scavenger hunts challenge teams to explore the local area while completing three types of tasks. Information tasks are designed to guide teams to various tourist locations and may be of two types: local trivia questions or location-specific questions. Location-specific questions can only be answered by visiting a specific place. In scavenger tasks, teams are given a list of hard-to-find miscellaneous objects and they must collect as many as possible. Photograph tasks challenge teams to visit various locations or to accomplish specific tasks while capturing it all on film.
Some specifics about this location: This team building activity takes place in exciting and interesting downtown Austin. Visit The State Capitol, The Old Land Office, Town Lake, Congress Avenue, Sixth Street and more.
Learn about our Austin corporate scavenger hunts and consider them for the next time you are bringing your group together for a meeting, offsite, conference or incentive program. As part of the hunt, the group will experience the culture and character of the area by visiting the major tourist venues and interacting with locals. This is also an excellent relationship-building activity that leaves participants with a memorable shared experience.
Here are some examples from our Austin team building scavenger hunts: Collected objects include a portrait of a team member and a flexible straw (harder to find than you think!). Photograph tasks include: taking a photo of a famous celebrity or politician and the team doing tai chi in a tranquil location.
