Banff Team Building Events

1) Our Banff team building exercises can be used to build relationships between your group members in a fun team environment. When the experience is finished, the group will have had a shared experience that helps create a bond between all participants. 2) Our team building scavenger hunts in Banff can also be used as experiential learning initiatives. Experiential learning means "learning by doing". Your group can benefit from a scavenger hunt because it is a challenge of many useful business skills such as communication, prioritization, leadership, strategic planning and creativity. A skilled facilitator provides a debriefing discussion which helps link the skills used in the scavenger hunt to the day-to-day workplace. This helps the group bring issues to the surface and work toward finding more effective ways to work together in the future.
