Our scavenger hunts are an excellent corporate team building activity for your group.

In our years of experience providing corporate team building, we have found that there are two prevailing types of corporate team building games. We can provide either of these two types of programs:

Type 1: A corporate team building activity to be used for fun and relationship-building. This event serves as a shared experience that creates a "buzz" upon returning to the office. Corporate team building is easy in a scavenger hunt as it bonds people together in an enjoyable, diverting and interactive activity. And in turn, this creates stronger friendships and inter-personal relationships, helping participants better communicate and work as a team upon return to the office. Our scavenger hunt is an excellent choice for a Type 1 corporate team building experience, as it is both high-energy and highly inclusive, meaning everyone (even the event planner!) gets to play.

We can provide you with an excellent Type 1 corporate team building game by ensuring that we understand the audience. Before we design your scavenger hunt, we like to know your group's level of competitiveness, their demographic, and the degree to which they work together on a daily basis as well as their openness to having fun together in a corporate team building event. Based on this information, we may make subtle changes to our corporate team building content and the way we run your scavenger hunt. This ensures that your group will have the best possible corporate team building adventure together.

Type 2: A corporate team building event as experiential learning. In addition to the benefits described above, your corporate team building scavenger hunt can be a developmental experience in which participants learn how to work more effectively together. The client usually has specific corporate team building objectives, such as improving communication, strategic planning, or thinking outside the box. We can help your group make the connection between skills and attitudes used in the scavenger hunt and how to apply them to the workplace, by means of a facilitated debrief discussion.

We can provide you with a meaningful and relevant Type 2 corporate team building activity by spending extra time and focus to understand your business objectives. Our corporate training background gives us insight into the challenges that corporate groups face as current work environments dictate that they must rely on each other more and more to achieve corporate goals. Based on what you hope to get out of the session, we customize parts of the corporate team building scavenger hunt so that participants will be looking for examples of actions that exemplify the desired workplace skills or actions, for example, time management.

After the hunt, participants share these examples with the entire group with the help of a skilled facilitator. The facilitator also helps the group identify ways to work more effectively as a corporate team, building on what is learned from the scavenger hunt. Some examples of business skills that are used in our corporate team building scavenger hunts and that can be the subject of a debriefing include: communication, leadership, teamwork, collaboration, strategy, planning, prioritization, creativity, problem-solving and decision-making.
