Long Beach Treasure Hunt
Scavenger Hunt Anywhere has been providing Long Beach treasure hunts and scavenger hunts for many years. Because of our company's name, we are often asked whether we provide Long Beach treasure hunts or even, what is the difference between the two. The answer to the first question is, of course! The answer to the second question requires a bit of explanation: Our Long Beach corporate treasure hunts are comprised of a number of clues that lead teams along a set route, past various checkpoints where they collect additional clues which guide teams toward their final destination. Because we don't want to exclude group members that may be less physically fit than others, we ensure that the activity is designed such that the team with the best planning and problem-solving skills will win, rather than the fastest team. As a result our Long Beach corporate treasure hunts are less "race-like", so that everyone has an equal chance of winning. By comparison, our scavenger hunts are based on lists of information and objects to be collected. The tasks are presented in no particular order which means that teams set their own routes and prioritize the tasks that they will try to complete in the allotted time. When we refer to our programs, we call them "scavenger hunts". They inherently have some characteristics of Long Beach corporate treasure hunts and if you like the idea of a treasure hunt better, then please let us know and we will show you how your program can be designed in a way that best exactly meets your needs. Here are some more details about our Long Beach treasure hunts: Long Beach is an ideal location for a scavenger hunt. It takes place in the downtown/waterfront area. Your group will experience the historic Queen Mary cruise ship, the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Latin American Museum, just to name a few of the attractions to be enjoyed. |
