Phoenix Team Building
If you are looking for team building games, Phoenix is an excellent location!
We have been serving the corporate market for many years. Our clients come to us with one of two different overall objectives for their team building idea and Phoenix is a location in which we can meet either need:
1) If you are looking for a fun way to enable the members of your group to get to know one another better, our Phoenix team building activities would be an ideal choice. What better way to allow people to get to know each other than to send them out on a scavenger hunt! They will return to the office all having had the same experience and the memories of the fun they had together are valuable in strengthening important interpersonal relationships.
2) If you are looking for a team development experience that helps participants learn to work more effectively upon return to the office, then our Phoenix team building games would be a good choice for your group. Using the principal of experiential learning or "learning by doing", your group will exercise their skills in such areas as prioritization, planning, communication, creativity and resource allocation. After the scavenger hunt, a debriefing session helps participants establish links between the skills used in the activity and how they apply in the workplace. Our extensive background in working with corporate groups of all types gives us the unique ability to provide a session that is fun, active, stimulating and most importantly, beneficial to your group and your company.
Here is some information about our Phoenix team building activities: The scavenger hunt here takes place in exciting downtown Phoenix, one of the sunniest places on the continent! Apart from the strong likelihood of a good-weather day, the area boasts an excellent mix of business and government establishments, historical sites, museums, sports and entertainment. Included in the route: Heritage Square, City Hall, Arizona Center, Patriot's Square, St. Mary's Basilica, the Orpheum, Rosson House, the Museum of History and the Arizona Science Center.
For more information, please contact us. We would be pleased to spend some time understanding your objectives and helping you see why a scavenger hunt is an ideal way to accomplish your goals. We would also be happy to share some examples of how we have helped other groups.
If you are considering other types of team building idea, Phoenix is also served by our sister company. Please have a look at: Team Building by Critical Pathfinders. |
