Pittsburgh Scavenger Hunt

Pittsburgh corporate scavenger hunts by Scavenger Hunt Anywhere are an excellent choice for corporate team building activities. Groups are divided into teams that compete with each other in a test of creativity and resourcefulness.
How they work: Our Pittsburgh team building scavenger hunts challenge teams to explore the local area while completing three types of tasks. Information tasks are designed to guide teams to various tourist locations and may be of two types: local trivia questions or location-specific questions. Location-specific questions can only be answered by visiting a specific place. In scavenger tasks, teams are given a list of hard-to-find miscellaneous objects and they must collect as many as possible. Photograph tasks challenge teams to visit various locations or to accomplish specific tasks while capturing it all on film.

About our Pittsburgh scavenger hunts: Pittsburgh's compact and vibrant downtown area means that the amount of walking is minimized because the next answer is always right around the corner. Features include the beautiful downtown architecture at places like the Allegheny County Courthouse and the Frick Building, a variety of different areas in downtown such as The Point, Fourth Avenue, Grant Street, Mellon Square and Monongahela Wharf and other popular landmarks such as Benedum Center for the Performing Arts, Byham Theater and Heinz Hall.

Here are some reasons why so many groups choose our Pittsburgh corporate scavenger hunts as a social activity for their meetings, offsites, incentive programs and conferences: Number one - it's fun! Even people who "don't like team building" love this event. It is an inclusive activity that anyone can participate in. All players are on an equal footing in that none of them have done this activity before. It is a fabulous way for your participants to get to know each other and return to the workplace having had a shared experience worth remembering.

Here is some sample content: Groups that are challenged to complete our Pittsburgh team building scavenger hunts must collect (among other things!) a 1971 penny and an origami model. Photographs that they will have to take include: the entire team on a balcony and the team serenading someone or something.
