University of Toronto Scavenger Hunt
Thank you for your interest in our University of Toronto corporate scavenger hunts. This is an excellent way for your group to get to know University of Toronto better while participating in a unique and enjoyable team building activity.
How they work: Our University of Toronto team building scavenger hunts challenge teams to explore the local area while completing three types of tasks. Information tasks are designed to guide teams to various tourist locations and may be of two types: local trivia questions or location-specific questions. Location-specific questions can only be answered by visiting a specific place. In scavenger tasks, teams are given a list of hard-to-find miscellaneous objects and they must collect as many as possible. Photograph tasks challenge teams to visit various locations or to accomplish specific tasks while capturing it all on film.
About our University of Toronto scavenger hunts: Explore University of Toronto and get an inside look at some of the very interesting but little-known features of the school. Experience the beautiful architecture and rich history of Canada’s largest university. Venues you will visit include University College, Knox College, Robart’s Library, Trinity College, Hart House plus various works of art, memorials and sculptures found on campus.
Here are some reasons why so many groups choose our University of Toronto corporate scavenger hunts as a social activity for their meetings, offsites, incentive programs and conferences: Number one - it's fun! Even people who "don't like team building" love this event. It is an inclusive activity that anyone can participate in. All players are on an equal footing in that none of them have done this activity before. It is a fabulous way for your participants to get to know each other and return to the workplace having had a shared experience worth remembering.
Here is some sample content: Groups that are challenged to complete our University of Toronto team building scavenger hunts must collect (among other things!) a 1971 penny and an origami model. Photographs that they will have to take include: the entire team on a balcony and the team serenading someone or something.
