Our pricing varies depending on your group size and the options chosen. Please have a look at our pricing packages which are outlined below. Any of the elements of any package can be combined to create a customized hunt that will suit your exact requirements. BRONZE:
A great scavenger hunt that includes:
Finding information: Teams have to solve riddles, decipher clues and answer local trivia questions.
Acquiring objects: Teams have to acquire objects from various locations.
Visiting locations: Teams have to obtain proof that they visited various local tourist venues and landmarks.
Staffed checkpoints: To keep teams together; and
Plus: One staff member from Scavenger Hunt Anywhere, a pre-hunt briefing to build excitement, professionally printed handbooks and a results presentation.
SILVER:
Everything included in the BRONZE package AND:
Full Staffing and Event Support: We run the whole event for you which means that:

GOLD:
Everything included in the BRONZE and SILVER packages AND:
Taking photographs: Participants are given a camera and are required to take pictures to prove that they have been to various locations. This is a great takeaway for participants and helps create great memories!
Private Online Photo Gallery: Photographs from each team are posted in a private online photo gallery for ease of distribution to partcipants. Photos can also be provided on CD at an additional cost.
Budget: Each team is given $20 cash to be used to accomplish the group's goals. This money can be used for acquiring objects or transportation.
PLATINUM:
Everything included in the BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD packages AND:
Experiential activity: We position our staff in a conference room somewhere along trail. Teams will have to come to the location at a designated time and complete a team building activity which requires the use of various business skills to be successfully accomplished.
Our staff in character: Our staff get into costume and locate themselves at various points on the trail. These staff members may help or hinder the teams' progress. Either way, they are fun to interact with.
DO-IT-YOURSELF SCAVENGER
HUNT KITS:
For teams with a restricted budget, or for small groups, our Do-It-Yourself Package may be the best option.
What you get:
- One scavenger hunt handbook per team, which includes a list of objects to collect, photos to take and questions to answer, each item worth a specific number or points.
- Answer keys for scorekeepers.
- Facilitation guidelines handbook which includes useful templates for scoring.
- Unlimited phone support in case you have questions.
- Our 10+ years and over 1000 scavenger hunts of expertise. You are getting a program that has been perfected over many years and many groups. It is designed specifically to be a relevant challenge for corporate groups.
What you have to do:
This program is next to effortless on your part. We ship you all the materials you need for the scavenger hunt and a facilitation guidelines that outlines step by step how to have a successful scavenger hunt. All you need to do is read the facilitation guidelines, split the group into teams and begin your hunt. You don’t need to write any content and you don’t need to plant objects in the hunt area.
Other details
The hunt is designed to last anywhere from 90 minutes to 4 hours – you can decide. The organizer at your end can also be a participant in the hunt (just don’t peek at the answers!). Hundreds of our clients have chosen this option and have successfully run their own scavenger hunt.
Pricing for do-it-yourself scavenger hunts is $1200 for up to 10 handbooks. (You need one per team only) Add $25 per handbook in excess of 10. The minimum price is $1200, discounts are not provided for less than 10 handbooks. A design fee may apply for custom locations.
