Pricing Packages
Our pricing varies depending on your group size and the options chosen. Please have a look at our pricing packages which are outlined below. Any of the elements of any package can be combined to create a customized hunt that will suit your exact requirements. BRONZE:
A great scavenger hunt that includes:
Finding information: Teams have to solve riddles, decipher clues and answer local trivia questions.
Acquiring objects: Teams have to acquire objects from various locations.
Visiting locations: Teams have to obtain proof that they visited various local tourist venues and landmarks.
Staffed checkpoints: To keep teams together; and
Plus: One staff member from Scavenger Hunt Anywhere, a pre-hunt briefing to build excitement, professionally printed handbooks and a results presentation.
SILVER:
Everything included in the BRONZE package AND:
Full Staffing and Event Support: We run the whole event for you which means that:

We score the hunt results so your participants can enjoy themselves after the hunt;

We save you lots of time so you can do your real job. Let us sweat the details!
GOLD:
Everything included in the BRONZE and SILVER packages AND:
Taking photographs: Participants are given a camera and are required to take pictures to prove that they have been to various locations. This is a great takeaway for participants and helps create great memories!
Budget: Each team is given $20 cash to be used to accomplish the group’s goals. This money can be used for acquiring objects or transportation.
PLATINUM:
Everything included in the BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD packages AND:
Experiential activity: We position our staff in a conference room somewhere along trail. Teams will have to come to the location at a designated time and complete a team building activity which requires the use of various business skills to be successfully accomplished.
Our staff in character: Our staff get into costume and locate themselves at various points on the trail. These staff members may help or hinder the teams’ progress. Either way, they are fun to interact with.
Charitable cause: One of the participants’ tasks can be to raise money for charity. They can do this however they want, but they must provide some sort of service in exchange for donations (they can’t just beg!). This is an optional extra.
DO-IT-YOURSELF SCAVENGER
HUNT KITS:
We make it easy for you to run your own scavenger hunt. Scavenger hunts
involve a lot of logistics. Let us help you by providing the following:
- Scavenger hunt handbooks which include location-specific questions, information to gather, trivia questions to answer and all the rules of the hunt.
- Answer keys for scorekeepers.
- A scoresheet with notes to run a high-energy awards ceremony.
- A list of prize suggestions.
- A facilitation guideline to help make your event a success, which includes helpful tips as well as timing estimates, a checklist for supplies and an event planning critical path.
