Westminster
The Great Westminster Scavenger Hunt includes a diverse mix of political, historical and cultural sites and one of the world’s most popular tourist attractions within the City of Westminster, central London. All within walking distance your group will visit Tate Britain, The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, The London Eye, County Hall, The Cabinet War Rooms, No’s 10 and 11 Downing Street and Trafalgar Square.
Covent Garden
The Great Covent Garden Scavenger Hunt takes place among Covent Garden’s Italian-styled pedestrian piazzas with restaurants, bars and fashionable, high end boutiques. Surrounded by Theatreland, with Soho, and London’s West End a stone’s throw away, Covent Garden is a cultured, lively and entertaining district in the heart of London and is visited by 30 million tourists every year. Included in our Covent Garden Scavenger Hunt is the Royal Opera House, which is situated in the North Piazza. Also, your group will experience, and perhaps interact with, the many street entertainers from around the world as this is the only area of London where this is licensed.
Financial District
The Great London Financial District Scavenger Hunt takes your group around the Financial heart of the City with modern towers of steel and glass sitting alongside richly carved, decorated and historic buildings dating back hundreds of years. Well-known landmarks included in our hunt are 30 St Mary Ave known as “the Gherkin”, Tower 42, the Lloyds Building, Leadenhall Market, Liverpool Street, Cheapside, the Royal Exchange, the Bank of England and Mansion House.
Mayfair and St. James
The Great Mayfair and St. James Scavenger Hunt will have your team exploring this exclusive district of West Central London, where the extremely well-heeled and affluent live, eat, play and shop! Your group will see delights such as Marble Arch, Park Lane, St James’s Park, Hyde Park and the Wellington Arch at Hyde Park Corner, Green Park, Berkeley Square, Shepherd Market, Grosvenor Square, Piccadilly, Regent Street, Bond Street and Oxford Street.
Pool of London
The Great Pool of London Scavenger Hunt takes place on the South Bank of the River Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge and showcases this vibrant, historical district in the heart of the capital that offers a diverse array of places to eat and drink, excellent hotels and some of the best views in the whole of the city. Historically called the Pool of London, the area stretches from London Bridge to just past Tower Bridge on both sides of the Thames and includes sights such as Borough Market, Southwark Cathedral, London Bridge, The London Dungeon, Hay’s Galleria, HMS Belfast, City Hall, Tower Bridge and St Katharine Dock.
Theatreland
The Great Theatreland Scavenger Hunt in the West End of London spans a wide and varied area and participants will be facinated to learn the history of some of the best-loved theatres including The London Palladium, The Theatre Royal Haymarket, Her Majesty’s Theatre, The Strand Theatre, The Lyceum and the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Your group will also discover other notable landmarks such as Waterloo Bridge, The Inns of Court, Royal Courts of Justice, Somerset House, Victoria Embankment and Cleopatra’s Needle.
Trafalgar Square
The Great Trafalgar Square Scavenger Hunt will take you on a magical tour of the heart of the West End amongst some of the most popular and vibrant attractions London has to offer. Your group will experience the delights of Trafalgar Square and Nelson’s Column, which link directly with Admiralty Arch, the National Gallery, St Martins in the Fields, National Portrait Gallery, Piccadilly Circus and Shaftesbury Avenue, Pall Mall and Whitehall.
